Rydell Chevrolet Z06 Auction Terms and Conditions

· No contract between bidder and Rydell Chevrolet is final or assumed until a fully executed and signed purchase contract has been completed with all legal documents completed and all funds paid in full.

· Cancellations or failure to complete the transaction will be subject to a $2000 cancellation fee.

· Bidder acknowledges that in registering to participate in the Rydell Chevrolet Z06 auction their identity will be verified through the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).

· Bidder certifies that by placing a bid with Rydell Chevrolet they are financially able to complete the transaction.

· Bidder acknowledges that any misrepresentations or false information provided during registration or at any time subsequently during the auction or purchase of the vehicle will result in immediate disqualification.

· Bidder certifies to be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued driver’s license and full coverage insurance.

· Bidder certifies that at no time after the vehicle purchase from Rydell Chevrolet will the vehicle be exported or transferred outside the United States.

· Bidder certifies that the vehicle will not be re-sold or ownership transferred in any way within the first six months of ownership following the purchase from Rydell Chevrolet.

· Bidder acknowledges that all bidders will be checked against the GM export/reseller list. Anyone on the export/reseller list will be disqualified from purchasing the vehicle.

· Bidders will be limited to residents of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Hawaii. Bidder certifies that the vehicle will be garaged and registered in one of the states listed above as shown on the purchase contract.

· Bidder certifies that winning bidder must complete a legal sales contract in accordance with all California state, local and federal laws within 72 hours of the close of the auction.

· Bidder acknowledges that all bids are before sales tax and all applicable Government and Dealer fees which are calculated based on the winning bid final price.

· Bidder acknowledges that all bids are before any dealer-installed accessories.

· Bidder certifies to complete payment in full or complete an approved financing contract with Rydell Chevrolet within 72 hours of the close of the auction.

· Bidder acknowledges that if the vehicle is being shipped out of the dealership the winning bidder is responsible for arranging and payment of the transportation. Transportation must be arranged within 72 hours of completing the transaction.

· Bidder certifies that if financing the vehicle it will only be used for personal use and will not be used as a rental or rideshare vehicle (For example: Turo, Uber, Lyft, etc.)
